Kartanesia Studio builds web-based interactive digital experiences — invitations, gifts, stories, and similar formats — as described on each experience page. We don't do printing, event photography, or hardware.

Orders go through WhatsApp, or through a Shopee listing where one exists for that experience. Work starts once payment has been received as agreed.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. The final figure depends on how much content there is, how far the customisation goes, and any extra requests — and we always tell you before work begins.

You're responsible for making sure the photos, video, music, and text you send are yours to use — including permission from anyone who appears in them.

We reserve the right to decline material that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or conflicts with the studio's values.

Estimates start from the moment all your material has arrived. Late material moves the finish date. If your event has a fixed deadline, tell us at the start so we can give you an honest answer about whether it's achievable.

Every package includes the revision rounds listed on its experience page, covering adjustments to text, photos, and details. A wholesale change of concept once work is under way counts as new work, quoted before we start it.

Experiences are delivered as a web link. The standard active period is listed on each package and can be extended. We'll remind you before it runs out.

The personal material you send stays entirely yours. The design, code, interaction system, and experience format remain Kartanesia Studio's.

You're free to share your experience link with anyone. Reselling, copying, or reproducing the experience format as your own product isn't allowed.

We don't show your work publicly without written permission. If you do give it, we may show an anonymised version in our portfolio and on our social channels.

Cancel before work starts and you get a full refund. Once work is under way, refunds are calculated in proportion to what's already been completed.

We work to keep your experience reachable throughout its active period, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service from third parties outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
