Privacy Policy

While you're just browsing, we ask for nothing personal at all. There's no sign-up, no login, and no customer dashboard.

Personal data only reaches us when you send it yourself:

• The name, WhatsApp number, and optional email you type when you contact us.
• The material you send for building an experience: photos, video, text, dates, and other personal details.

The form on the Contact page doesn't send anything to our servers. What you type is assembled into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and it only goes anywhere once you press send inside WhatsApp. Until then it exists nowhere but your device.

We may use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful and which aren't — how many people try a demo, for instance. It's aggregate data and we don't use it to identify you. Block it in your browser or with a script blocker and nothing on this site stops working.

Some links take you off kartanesia.com. From that point their privacy policies apply, not ours:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — for conversations and orders.
• Shopee — for payment and product reviews.
• Instagram, TikTok, and Threads — for social content.
• Google Analytics — for visit statistics.

The photos, stories, and personal details you send are used for building your experience and nothing else. We don't pass them to anyone, and we don't use them as a public example without asking you first.

Raw material is kept through production and the revision window, and deleted whenever you ask.

Experiences are published as web pages on unique, hard-to-guess links — but those links aren't password protected. Anyone holding the link can open it. Keep that in mind before including anything highly sensitive, and tell us if you'd like a link switched off.

You can ask for a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of anything you've sent us. Email halo@kartanesia.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it promptly.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Anything with real consequences we'll also mention on our social channels.
